How to Make a Return
1.Please email us at support@greenwaterbath.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2.Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions and address.
3.Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, unstained, and in its original packaging.
Please do not return the items to the original shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
● Personal Reason (e.g., dislike or wrong size): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
● Product Issues (e.g., wrong or damaged items): Greenwater will cover the return shipping costs. Please send us an email with your order number, along with photos of the issue for us to review.
Exchange Policy
1.Email us at support@greenwaterbath.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
2.Exchanges are only available for the same product (not for a different product with a different price).
3.The item must be returned in its original packaging, and a copy of the receipt must be included.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
● If you wish to exchange for a non-quality issue, the customer is responsible for shipping fees and any price difference.
● If the product has a quality issue, Greenwater will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. Please provide photos of the item and the packaging.
Exchange Shipping Time
Once we confirm the returned items are in good condition, we will process your exchange within 1 business day. Standard shipping for exchanges typically takes 5–7 business days.
Preorder Policy
Payments for preordered products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Preordered items will be held for 30 days after they are released. Customers must collect their preorders within 30 days from the notification date, or the order will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued.
If you are unable to collect your preorder due to personal reasons, please contact us, and we may extend the collection period.
When collecting your preorder, please bring the preorder receipt or order confirmation email for verification. Refunds will only be issued if we fail to fulfill the preorder.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Items showing obvious signs of use
● Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
● Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we accept your return request and receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
If you have not received your refund:
1.Check your account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
2.If the refund still hasn't been posted after a few days, please contact us at support@greenwaterbath.com.
