One-Year Limited Warranty

At Greenwater, we pride ourselves on delivering bathroom fixtures and accessories crafted with exceptional quality and reliability. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, we offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on all our smart toilets, bidets, faucets, shower systems, and bathroom accessories. 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one year from the date of delivery. During this period, Greenwater will provide free replacement parts or, at our discretion, replace any defective product or component that has been properly installed and maintained.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase for any claims.

Professional Installation Recommended

Greenwater strongly recommends all products be installed by a licensed plumber or professional contractor. Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions may void the warranty. Greenwater is not responsible for any labor costs, including installation or removal.

Warranty Limitations

Your warranty will be voided under the following conditions:

•Accidental damage or normal wear and tear from household use

•Product moved from its original place of installation

•Improper installation not in accordance with provided guidelines

•Any modifications made to the original product

•Use of harsh chemicals or misuse/abuse of the product

•Failure to perform regular cleaning and maintenance
